Windansea Beach

Welcome to Windansea Beach, where the sand is soft, the water is stunning and the surfers abound. There’s a good reason the locals frequent often and why so many San Diego wedding parties come to have their photographs taken here; its picturesque landscape creates the perfect setting. Dogs are allowed here after 6 pm. During fall and winter time, they can come earlier starting at 4 pm.

More About Windansea Beach

Windansea Beach is great for surfing and other water activities. Its serenity and beauty has made it a popular spot for wedding photos in San Diego, San Diego engagement photos and so on. There are benches placed above the water, along the land, for those who’d like to simply sit and gaze out at the sea. You’ll often see people reading a book or just relaxing, staring out into the surf.

REVIEWS:

Great views of both Sunset and surfers. Parking a challenge unless staying on Neptune Street. Park on a side street and walk down the hill the view, the rocks and sand are worth it.

This is a wonderful beach tucked away in La Jolla with high waves and surfers skimming the water, families frolicking on the waters edge, families taking pics at the water front, and others plopping down for a gander at the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

I love coming to Windansea Beach to release stress and enjoy the waves. If you never been to Windansea Beach I would not think twice of coming. If you live in San Diego or visiting San Diego you will enjoy your time. Also a great place to take some amazing photos.
