Seaport Village

Seaport Village is a fun waterfront area composed of more than 70 unique shops, galleries, and restaurants adjacent to San Diego Bay. The nearby Headquarters at Seaport, known for its eclectic blend of classically inspired architectural styles and rich history as the former San Diego Police Dept. headquarters, was recently added with several new upscale restaurants and boutique shops. Both areas offer an array of activities, and are a great way to experience the San Diego waterfront.

Seaport Village has always been a must see for me , I have lived in San Diego for most of my life and since I was a little kid I have walked through seaport . There is tons of things to do, for one there is a heap load of shops to tour - toy shops for kids, art stores, tee shirt shops oh there is one that they infuse smells with the shirts like chocolate, crazy right ... kite shops, geode/ rock shops, even a hot sauce store ! Bottom line there is something for everyone and every age, plus the beautiful views since your right next to the ocean .

This was just down the way from our hotel and we came across it while out walking. Such a cool Variety in a quaint area of a big city. Everything from bakeries to hot sauce shops to magic shops and more. Plus entertainment to enjoy. Definitely recommend visiting when in San Diego.

Whether you want to take guests, or a date, or kids or parents - Seaport village checks all the boxes. Beautiful bay views, cute stores, some good eateries (I love puesto close by) The most memorable gift I have purchased are wind chimes which make the most beautiful sound from a store here :)
